All applicants must have at least 24 credits in Educational Administration on the post-Master’s level prior to applying to the program. To begin the application process, please download and fill out the CITE Information Card here and send it along with the $250 Application Fee to:

Once these two items are received by CITE, you will receive an email that provides a link to your Online Application with Concordia University Chicago.
After you submit your online application, you will need to send the following materials to CUC:
- Official transcripts from all schools where degrees were earned
- Two letters of recommendation
- Copy of teaching certification
- Copy of professional resume
Important: Do not attempt to fill out an Online Application with Concordia University Chicago until you receive the aforementioned email from CITE.
